  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays.

  • Custom or Pre-Order Items: Custom-made or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be specified on the product page.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer two shipping options to best suit your needs:

  • Economy Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 5-8 business days

    • Cost: Free for orders over $50

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 3-4 business days

    • Cost: $6.99

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, and order weight.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free economy shipping on orders over $50 for domestic customers. For international orders, free shipping may be available for purchases over a specified amount.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Domestic:

    • Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days

    • Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days

  • International:  7-14 business days, plus any customs processing time

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs agency.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are collected by the customs authority upon delivery.

8. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us at gratefulselections@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

  • Incorrect Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Grateful Selections is not responsiblefor packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
