Returns

Eligibility for Returns:
✔ Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
✔ Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
✔ Sale items, gift cards, and customized products are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Your order number
• The reason for return
• Any relevant photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs

✔ A flat return shipping fee of $9.99 applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
✔ Damaged or defective items are eligible for a free return (see below).

Refunds

Refund Process:
✔ Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets return criteria.
✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method, minus the $9.99 return shipping fee.
✔ You’ll receive a refund confirmation email once completed.

Non-Refundable Items:
🚫 Items not in original condition (e.g., worn, washed, or damaged).
🚫 Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery.
